Multiplayer is not for local play. You'll notice on the main menu when you hover over the Single Player option, it lists that as the choice for split screen.
Sep 15, 2017 · I doubt it considering you can't exactly interact in dialogue with other players. The first game did allow interaction between two co-op players.
